Welcome to GamePoint. By downloading, accessing, or using the GamePoint mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
GamePoint is a platform that lets basketball players see live activity at courts, share highlight clips, and connect with other players. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonating other players or creating false identities is prohibited.
You may share check-ins, activity status, highlight video clips, court chat messages, and other content through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by sharing it through GamePoint you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it within the App and via shareable public links.
You agree not to post User Content that:
Highlight clips are subject to length limits based on your subscription tier (60 seconds on the free tier; up to 3 minutes on Pro). Free accounts may store up to 5 clips; Pro accounts have unlimited storage. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.
GamePoint uses your device's GPS to show courts near you and to verify that you are physically present at a court when checking in. By enabling location permissions, you consent to this use. Location is accessed only while you are actively using the App — GamePoint does not track your location in the background. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings, though check-in and court discovery features will be unavailable.
GamePoint offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. All new accounts receive a 30-day free Pro trial at sign-up — no payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial period, your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe to Pro.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the platform through which you subscribed. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
Subscription pricing may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.
GamePoint operates an opt-in referral programme. When you share your unique invite code and a friend creates an account using it, you may earn bonus Pro days or other rewards as described in the App. Referral rewards are subject to change. Abuse of the referral programme — including creating fake accounts or self-referrals — is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Pro subscribers may claim "Ambassador" status for a court, subject to available slots. Ambassador status is a community recognition feature and does not confer any administrative rights, ownership, or control over the court or its content. Ambassador status is paused if your Pro subscription lapses and may be revoked for violations of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that courts or activity shown are accurate in real time — all activity is self-reported by users. GamePoint is not responsible for anything that occurs during in-person meetups facilitated through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamePoint and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
