Welcome to GamePoint. By downloading, accessing, or using the GamePoint mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
GamePoint is a platform that lets basketball players see live activity at courts and connect with other players. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonating other players or creating false identities is prohibited.
You may share check-ins, activity status, and other content through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by sharing it through GamePoint you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the App.
You agree not to post User Content that:
GamePoint uses your location to show courts near you and to associate your activity with a location. By enabling location permissions, you consent to this use. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings, though some features will be unavailable.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that courts or activity shown are accurate in real time — all activity is self-reported by users. GamePoint is not responsible for anything that occurs during in-person meetups facilitated through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamePoint and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
